E-LEAD Spring 2018
Thank you for showing interest in our leadership program!
This program was developed around the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment and will focus on each participant reaching the following outcomes:
-Identify how personal strengths play a part in your overall development in college and beyond
-Understand how to use your strengths to enhance leadership skills and building working relationships with others
-Encourage you to take a more active role in your college experience by having a better understanding how co-curricular engagement plays a role.
This program will begin on
Monday, February 26th
. and run through
Sunday, April 1st
(with a break week from March 12th-16th in observance of spring break).
Throughout this 4-week a-synchronous program , participants will learn more about personal strengths (via the Clifton StrengthsFinder personality assessment and access to the StrengthsQuest e-book) and discuss how to utilize strengths to maximize leadership skills and potential with their peers.
Participants will be expected to participate in weekly discussion posts, readings and journal assignments)
*This is a non-credit program, but a great resume builder!
This program will only be excepting up to 75 participants for this semester. If you do not meet the registration cutoff, you will be placed on a waiting list that will be accessed if other participants cancel. Another opportunity for this program will be available in future semesters.
